Getting in the Christmas spirit in San Jose, Costa Rica.  Because at on my mary way, we believe it is never too early to enjoy the holidays.

There is nothing more therapeutic than the feeling of the sun radiating towards me. I got some highly overdue sun-love and outdoor time this past weekend, while enjoying treats from Cafe Miel and Maza Bistro in Parque Nacional.
I was reminded how much being outdoors impacts my overall happiness and why I need to escape the four walls of my home and work, even if just for a lunch break.

I do not mess around when it comes to Christmas and honestly, "the holiday season" at large. With thanksgiving at the doorstep and Christmas around the corner, I am giddy with excitement for the most wonderful time of the year.
Christmas can be a time of love and togetherness, but I know as well as anyone that it can also get lonely. Whether you will be surrounded by family in your hometown or going it alone in a city of your own I would love for you to join me in some holiday cheer!

mantra of the week
I am thankful!
In case you have been living under Plymouth Rock, heads up, this week the potluck of the year. Even though Thanksgiving has a dark historical undertone, it does provide the time to truly reflect on all that we have to be thankful for over the past 365.
This week I am going to focus on my many blessings and turn those memories into some positive energy to end this year in gratitude.
I am thankful.
