Still in Costa Rica! You read that right, I have been living it up in the land of Pura Vida for over 2 and a half years! Costa Rica has become one of my favorite homes and it always keeps me on my toes! If you are thinking about coming to visit, do it! move on You heard me! Move the heck the on! I found this video made by Mike Posner and it really inspired me. He went through some crazy moments, embraced all of the feelings (good, bad, sad, and in-between) and has decided to take some time to explore and grow by walking across the United States. This video and the words in it are the reminder and the wake up cal, we all so badly need, to freaking live life and do the things we want to- both small and big scale- just because we want to. happy new year Okay, I will admit it I am a bit late to the game, but hey kudos for still showing up right? This year feels like a powerful one. For most it has been a whole month since they set their goals and resolutions for the new year. For those that know me, you know I am no big fan of setting unrealistic resolutions, I do however pick a focus for the year. This year my "word" or intention is: direction. I don't know about you but I am very excited to see what direction the world will spin me in and what I make of that over the next year. What is your goal or big picture idea for this year? I would love to know what my fellow wanderers are thinking about 2019 so far! mantra of the week I am calm, even in a storm. Life throws so much at us! We are constantly bombarded with information on how to look better, be better, do better. This week I remind myself about the importance of finding the calm within the storm. That's all for now buds.
